Privacy policy

Honey Go Fix It LLC ("we") runs this page and our text messages: texts from our main number (service texts about your visits and jobs), and the Honey Go Fix It Tips & Specials program (our marketing texts, which need their own sign-up). This policy covers what we collect when you book with us, text us, or sign up for our texts or emails, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your name and mobile number, when you book a visit (online, by phone or by text) or text us.
  • Your name and mobile number, when you sign up for Tips & Specials at go.honeygofixit.com/join.
  • A record of your consent: the date and time, the words shown or said to you, how you agreed (our booking page, a phone call, a text or the sign-up page) and who recorded it. For our online forms, also the internet address and browser you used; for Tips & Specials, also your YES reply.
  • The texts you send us, and whether our texts were delivered and their links opened.

How we use it

  • To send you the texts you agreed to, and to answer your messages. Service texts are about your visits and jobs (message frequency varies). Honey Go Fix It Tips & Specials texts go only to people who signed up for them and replied YES (up to 4 a month).
  • To keep a record that you agreed, and of any request to stop, as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We never share or sell your mobile number, or your consent to get texts, to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only companies that handle your number are the ones that deliver our texts for us (our messaging provider and the mobile carriers) and the software we use to schedule visits and answer texts (our field service software and our AI receptionist's providers), and each only to do that work.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop all our texts. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to the number you texted to text with us again.
  • To see or remove what we hold about you, call (937) 777-9626 or email contactus@honeygofixit.com. We keep the record of a request to stop, so we don't text you again unless you ask us to.

How we keep it safe

Your details are kept on our own servers and in the business software named above. Only our staff can see them.
