Honey Go Fix It, the plumbing company in Beavercreek, Ohio, has two separate text programs, each with its own way to agree: service texts from our main number, about your own visits and jobs, and Honey Go Fix It Tips & Specials, our marketing texts, which come only from (937) 200-8733. Agreeing to one never signs you up for the other. These terms cover both.
Service texts come from our main business number, (937) 777-9626, or another Honey Go Fix It office number. When you agree, we may text you about:
Service texts never carry marketing: no offers, discounts or sales. Every text names Honey Go Fix It. Texts may be automated. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
1. By phone. When our office staff or Emily books your visit, they tell you:
"You'll get a confirmation text shortly, and another when your plumber is on the way, with their name and photo, so you know who's coming to your door."
We note that, with the date, the time and who told you. If you ask us not to text you, we don't. Our first text says:
"Honey Go Fix It: You're booked! We'll text you here about your visit, like when your plumber is on the way. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
2. Online. Our booking page, go.honeygofixit.com/book, has one optional box, unticked to start, on its last step and on its "Please call me" form. It says:
"Yes, Honey Go Fix It may text me at this number about my appointments and jobs (confirmations, reminders, updates, estimates and invoices), to answer my questions, and to ask how we did. Texts may be automated. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We never share your number with other companies for marketing."

3. By text. If you text our business number, (937) 777-9626, our first reply is:
"Honey Go Fix It: Thanks for your text. We'll reply here about your request, appointments and jobs, and may ask how we did. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
After that we answer only about your own request.
A phone number we already have, from a past job or from our scheduling software, never counts as agreeing.

How to join. Sign up at go.honeygofixit.com/join with your name and mobile number and tick the box to agree. We then text you once; reply YES to confirm. You get no marketing texts until you confirm. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How often. Up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT). That stops every text from us. We send one text to confirm and nothing after that. Reply START to the number you texted to text with us again.
